Thank you for you interest in QHBA membership! Our strength of our voice in Quinte depends on our members.
In order to be considered for QHBA Membership, you will need to complete an application. Please consider that the application MUST include a current member sponsor. Once your application has been received and verified, it will be submitted for approval to QHBA's Board of Directors' and you will be informed of the results. As a member of the QHBA, and by extension, OHBA (Ontario Home Builders' Association) and CHBA (Canadian Home Builders' Association), you will be bound by the Association's Code of Ethics, Constitution and By-Laws.
The Membership term is from November 1 - October 31 each year. Pro-rations of membership fees on new applications are only available after April 30. Cancellations are accepted with 30 days notice of the termination date and must be sent in writing to email@example.com. Membership renewals are automatic and members are responsible for fees up to an including the 30 day notification period of cancellation. If you wish not to renew for the new fiscal year, you must notify us no later than Sept 30 in the year you wish to cancel.

The fee structure for membership dues for 2020/2021 term are as follows:
QHBA *Builder or Developer Membership: $1,050 + HST
QHBA Membership $1,000.00 + HST
*includes all members with a registered Tarion Number
Renomark Membership: All renovators or suppliers who install could qualify to become a certified Renomark Member. Please contact us for more information or visit Renomark.ca for more information on the requirements on becoming a Renomark Renovator.
The QHBA reserves the right to decline membership applications and Board decisions on membership are final and binding. Applicants who are approved will be notified via email with a new member package. Please note that Membership is not finalized until payment has cleared. Applicants who have been declined by the Board will be notified in writing.
These fees are mandatory for all memberships.
