All booth spaces must have proper show flooring, with edges taped (using pre approved tape) to the arena floor.

Discounted show entrance tickets will be available prior to the show opening. All tickets purchased prior to the show are available to members only at 50% off the ticket price.

Booth Space Information

TABLE SPACES are generally 8 feet wide x 6 feet deep, along boards. TENT SPACES are generally 10 ft wide x 10 ft deep in the Courtyard Area. Lifestyle Exhibitors are restricted to one space only.

* Non members: a non-refundable deposit via cash or certified cheque of $400 must accompany each LIfestyle application prior to acceptance into the show. Please make cheques payable to Quinte Home Builders Association and mail to PO Box 22018, Belleville ON K8N 5V7

Power requirements: One 110 volt outlet is included in your application. Additional outlets must be purchased in advance. Number of additional outlets required at $75 per outlet?

Certificate of Insurance

A current and valid COI (Certificate of Insurance) is required with each application. Please attach a pdf copy in the section below. Details outlining COI specifications can be found on Page 2 of this application. Exhibitors who have not submitted required COIs will not be permitted entry for set up at the show.

Lifestyle Applications are available after January 1, 2023 and must not be a competitive business to any QHBA member. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after March 31, 2023 unless authorized by the Show Director. See the RULES & LEASE AGREEMENT of this application for details. Non-Member applications must be paid in full not later than March 1, 2023 or with application. Submission of this application does not guarantee you a spot in the show. All applications are subject to approval by the QHBA & the Home & Lifestyle Show Committee & Show Director.
