QUINTE HOME BUILDERS' ASSOCIATION
EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Exhibits must be complete and in place for showing not later than 11am, the day of the show. Exhibitors will be charged $50 per booth for failure to comply.
2. The exhibitor agrees to remove his exhibit, equipment and appurtenances from the Show Building on the by 12 noon of the day following the show. In the event of failure to do so, the exhibitor agrees to reimburse the Quinte Home Builders' Association such additional rental as may be levied by the building owners for any period beyond the date advised and during which the Exhibitor's material remains in the said building. The Exhibitor also agrees that no displays may be dismantled or goods removed during the entire run of the show but must remain intact and present until the closing of the Show.
3. The Quinte Home Builders' Association will use all reasonable precautions for the protection of the public and property, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage by fire, theft or otherwise howsoever.  Exhibitors must carry their own insurance.
4. Exhibitors will be liable for, and will indemnify and hold harmless Quinte Home Builders' Association, as a result of any loss or damages whatsoever occurring to or suffered by any person or company, including without limiting of the generality of the foregoing. Exhibitor, other exhibitors, Quinte Home Builders' Association, the owner of the building and their respective agents, servants and employees and members of the public attending the Show, either (A) on the said space of (B) elsewhere if said loss or damage arose from or were in any way connected with Exhibitor's occupancy of said space.
5. It is agreed that under no circumstances shall space be sublet without written permission of the Quinte Home Builders' Association.
6. Quinte Home Builders' Association shall have the right to change, if necessary, the assignment of space to be occupied by the exhibitor in order to create an effective exposition.
7. Quinte Home Builders' Association reserves the right at any time to reject or prohibit or remove exhibits or any part thereof and to expel exhibitors or their personnel. This is designed to protect exhibitors generally from exhibits or the operation of exhibits, which may be objectionable to the participants and Quinte Home Builders' Association. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this paragraph applies to persons, conduct, printed matter, souvenirs, or novelties which may effect the Show generally.
8. The exhibitor agrees to abide by all regulations and rules adopting any rule or regulation deemed necessary prior to, during, and after the show.
9. The exhibitor agrees to provide a finished booth on both sides where applicable. The use by an Exhibitor of the finished walls of adjoining Exhibitors is prohibited.
10. The Exhibitors handbook with Show Information and Guidelines will be sent prior to the show.
