How to Become a Member:
To become a member of the Quinte Home Builders Association you must first complete a New Member Application form and submit it to us. Membership applications MUST include a current member sponsor. Once your application has been received and verified, it will be submitted for approval to QHBA's Board of Directors' and you will be informed of the results. As a member of the QHBA, you will be bound by the Association's Code of Ethics, Constitution and By-Laws.
A cheque, (refundable if your application is not approved), for your annual membership fee including HST must be submitted with your application.
Membership cycle is from November 1 - October 31 each year. Pro-rations of membership fees on new applications are only available after April 30. Cancellations are accepted with 30 days notice of the termination date and must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org . Membership renewals are automatic and members are responsible for fees up to an including the 30 day notification period of cancellation. If you wish not to renew for the new fiscal year, you must notify us no later than Sept 30 of the year you wish to cancel.

The fee structure for membership dues for 2017/2018is as follows:
Builder/Developer Members: $1,000 + HST
Non-Builder/Developer Members* $925.00 + HST
*includes all members without a registered Tarion Number
Renomark Membership: Add $150 to membership category above.
- Canadian Home Builders' Association Fees: $350.00
- Ontario Home Builders' Association Fees: $300.00
These fees are mandatory for all memberships.
